Kristen Riley is a dedicated professional with over fifteen years of experience working with children in various capacities. She is a certified speech-language pathologist through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Florida State University, as well as a Master of Science in Speech, Language, and Learning from Northwestern University. Since earning her degree in 2014, Kristen has applied her expertise in diverse settings, including homes, schools, clinics, and virtual environments. Kristen offers comprehensive assessment and treatment for individuals of all ages, as well as parent consultations. Her approach to therapy is grounded in neurodiversity, focusing on individual strengths and empowering others to advocate for their communication needs. She believes in setting practical, attainable goals that align with the busy lives of the individuals and families she serves. Kristen emphasizes the promotion of language development to foster positive self-esteem and motivation. Most recently, Kristen has been a proud stay-at-home mom who enjoys family time, traveling, hiking with her dogs, gardening, and pursuing lifelong learning.
