What A Session Looks Like With Me
A session with me is designed to be engaging, personalized, and goal-focused. I incorporate each client’s interests to make therapy fun and motivating, ensuring active participation and meaningful progress. Sessions begin with a check-in to see how the week has gone, allowing us to discuss any successes or challenges related to communication outside of therapy. From there, we move into goal-directed activities tailored to individual needs, using evidence-based strategies to build skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. At the end of each session, we review progress, discuss key takeaways, and develop a plan for home practice to reinforce learning between sessions. My goal is to create an interactive and positive experience that fosters growth and confidence in communication.
