Tiffany Reed
Tiffany has been working with children and families since 2002, and she truly loves what she does. Her journey started with a B.A. in Speech and Hearing Science, and along the way, she earned an M.A. in Education and Human Development, an M.S.A. in Educational Administration, and an M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology. Each step has given her new tools to support students in meaningful ways. Over the years, Tiffany has had the privilege of working in private, charter, and public schools in many different roles—special educator, coordinator, administrator, and now speech-language pathologist. She's supported children in self-contained, resource, and inclusion classrooms and worked with students with a wide range of strengths and needs, including autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, learning disabilities, speech and language impairments, and emotional disabilities. No matter the setting, Tiffany's focus has always been on helping children feel seen, supported, and capable of growth. She also brings experience as a Special Education Coordinator, SST/504 Coordinator, and summer school Vice Principal, roles that taught her how important collaboration, family partnership, and community are to student success. Outside of school, Tiffany is a proud mom who loves cheering at her kids’ games and activities. Just like with her own family, she believes in celebrating each milestone, big or small, and building confidence every step of the way.

My Approach To Speech Therapy
I believe communication grows best when therapy is engaging, meaningful, and fun. Every session is tailored to the client’s interests, whether that involves play, creative activities, or real-life practice. By building on what a client already enjoys, I create a positive and motivating therapy experience for all ages.
My Approach To Speech Therapy
No two sessions look exactly alike because no two clients are alike. With children, therapy may involve activities such as pretend play, board games, building, art, or movement-based exercises, all carefully integrated with speech and language goals. With adults, sessions may focus on conversation practice, functional communication tasks, memory and word-retrieval games, or roleplay scenarios related to daily life. I always strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment where clients feel comfortable taking risks, trying new skills, and celebrating their progress. I also collaborate with families and caregivers, providing strategies and tools that carry over into everyday routines, helping communication flourish beyond the therapy room. Above all, my sessions are playful, positive, and purposeful. Whether working with a child finding their voice or an adult building confidence in communication, I aim to make every session feel like time well spent.
