Cheridan Nwaozuru

Cheridan Nwaozuru is a medically trained, nationally certified Speech-Language Pathologist and the founder of Vital Rehabilitation. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Lamar University and Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Southern University and A&M College and is licensed to practice in Texas. With extensive experience across medical rehabilitation, home health, and school-based settings, Cheridan brings a high level of clinical precision and patient care to every individual she serves. Her practice focuses on adults and school-age clients with complex communication and swallowing needs, including dysphagia, TBI, CVA, functional neurological disorders, aphasia, auditory processing disorders, articulation, voice disorders, and cognitive-communication impairments. Known for her thorough clinical assessments, personalized treatment plans, and commitment to functional outcomes, Cheridan is dedicated to supporting clients through every stage of recovery and communication development.
