
Cara O'Connell
Cara O’Connell, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a licensed speech-language pathologist in Arizona and a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She earned her B.S. in Communication Disorders and her M.S. from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York, where she also received certification in Gerontology. With a decade of experience, Cara has dedicated her career to working with adults and seniors in various settings, including outpatient clinics, home health, sub-acute rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing homes, memory care, and assisted living facilities. Her commitment to patient-centered care is evident in her specialty areas, which include stroke recovery, traumatic brain injury recovery, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s/dementia, and other neurological disorders impacting speech, language, and cognitive function.
