Adam is a licensed Occupational Therapist with over 14 years of experience helping clients achieve greater independence, health, and quality of life. His practice focuses on neurodiverse populations, mental health, cardiopulmonary rehab, neurology, pain management, sleep health, wellness, chronic disease management, and assistive technology. Adam holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (VCU). His approach is evidence‑based, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique goals — whether in person or virtually.
